Most unorganized company I've ever delt with. Paid for 2nd semester mind you, the gii and classes and they don't have him in the books
This place is pretty good
I reccomend staying away from this cheer and martial arts program.nnThis company is a joke. They allow students to dis regard rules and regulations. One student causing injury to one of my children whom is not even in the program. Their solution is not beneficial to anyone but the company as they are clearly about making money. They also allow the people that handle signing in participants to disregard their very own rules and regulations. One location which the lady that was in charge would curse in front of students and parents. She also made changes to kids belt ranks. The only person that should be involved in ranking children is the instructor. They are very bias and allow some people to act as if they have diplomatic amunity.
The company is good but the customer service at the store is horrible. I heard them trying to figure out how to turn the phones off so they wouldn't have to answer them. This is no way to run a business.
New business 2018. Very willing to work with you on scheduling as they set up class rotations. My daughter will be starting a recreational class there in the fall. I'm not keen on the location of the business, but the owners are working hard to make it work and the interior looks clean and professional.
