I have been a Member of Planet Fitness for 4 years now. My home location was Grandville which I loved. When the Byron Center location opened I switch as it was closer to my house. I can tell you there is a night and day difference with the staff. The level of service is horrible!!! Most times they just totally ignore me when I come in. They don't smile. It's a very unwelcoming environment! They might want to do some customer service training! or get new employees.
Great place to work out love it staff is awesome. Daniel is always great help and very knowledgeable at what he does. He helped me with my billing and stuff thank you Daniel. Great job buddy.
I signed up and joined today. I am looking forward to start working out and getting back into shape.
I think this was probably the cleanest Planet Fitness that I've been too. Great staff, they were incredibly friendly and helped me when I had some questions. Great at communicating the mask policy as well! Would definitely recommend going to this gym! There was a manager named Brett there as well he was so kind, and helpful to me!
Clean, helpful staff, nice environment, have to go during the day if you want to avoid being around a lot of people
