This snap fitness is the best in the area. I love their updated look and dedication to helping members. They have made so many improvements in the last two years and continue to do so.
Nice location for me, members are nice, 24 hours. Expensive, though, and they don't maintain equipment, I made them aware of two treadmills breaking about a month and a half ago, one now has a sticky note saying to not use it, the other they're just letting run still, it's motor is almost burnt out though and it won't keep a pace over walk.
I just joined snap always have gone to the caledonia place. We moved to byron center and went to the snap byron center location. Love it it is so clean and the fella that runs it is great.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Do have security cameras, plus when no staff member is not there the doors are locked for safty reason.
New location, new look and new ownership are great. They really care about their members! Very clean, highly recommended.
