It took 5 weeks to get us a quote even though they continually said that it would be ready soon or the next day. We paid our deposit, had the generator ordered, and set a date for the installation. They then told us that the generator that they recommended was not adequately sized. The new quote was twice as much for the whole setup - from $10k to $20k. Getting updates from them usually took multiple days and multiple emails - whether getting the quote, scheduling appointments, or just getting a status update.

A year ago they came up to BR and fixed our whole house generator. The young man also did the annual maintenance oil change and check up. Prices were quoted ahead for checkup and the hourly rate etc for the repair. He was very thorough & found a mouse nest and chewed wires had caused our problem. Very reasonable. I recommend them. ud83dude0a
