The store manager is so rude. The interaction between the manager and customers is not very good. I came from far to go to tangor outlets and it was disappointing. I dont know if she had a bad day but she works in customer service so put all things aside and treat the customers right. She has poor customer service! The other employees are so nice. The other stores I visited I had no problems with.
I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after several orders and lost packages and horrible customer service I give up. I don’t even care to explain. Don’t waste your time.
Anna in the fitting rooms is maybe one of my favorite people I’ve ever met. She was so helpful and such a complete joy to work with. I’m definitely coming back thanks to her!
I left a bag full of clothes from another store at this Gap outlet and drove over 2 hours home. When I called, Katelyn very graciously offered to send it to me at no charge. This is customer service at its finest! Thank you Katelyn! You were so kind!
The store is clean and Paige is awesome!
