The clothing selection is great ! But , customer service sucks in this place . I walked in there were 2 staff members at the door, 2 in the middle fixing clothing , 2 more at the register and no one said a word to me. No one asked if I was finding everything okay , no one said Hello. I won't be going back into that store.

I am a previous employee of Carters/Oshkosh, at this specific location. I do not recommend working or applying here whatsoever. My experience working here was terrible. They have you doing multiple tasks at once, stressing you out. The managers/assistant managers, one in particular, is constantly, on their phone but we are told NOT to be on ours. And another was always bossing us around to do stuff for them, while they do nothing. They will also put you on every single weekend and every holiday. When your shift is over a certain amount of hours(I believe its 6 hours or more) you are supposed to get two 15 min breaks, and a 30 min break. I was rarely ever given my 15 min breaks. When you called in sick, I was told I am supposed to find my own person to cover my shift, WHILE I AM SICK? This store and experience was just a disaster overall and not worth all the stress and irritation I had, for the little amount they pay you. I feel bad for anyone who still works there or will work there in the future.
