Store was very clean and people were spaced out well. Everyone wore masks properly.. Their customer service is top notch! Enjoyed the friendly conversations and suggestions for clothing. Even bought a piece I wouldn't normally. Very happy with my time in this store!

Exceptional customer service. Just purchased Lucky Brand Venice Burnout Swear shirts. Not so Lucky ,the gray crew sweater bled dark all over the rest of the laundry when washed. First time this has ever happened with any laundry. I thought is was weird my neck was black, obviously I knew it came from the sweater, didn’t think it would ruin the rest of the cloths.nAlso the size varies, XXL made in China Lucky Brand fits true. XXL made in India fits like XLnLucky Brand sizing is off and they obviously use cheap ink, last time purchasing any Lucky BrandnErin M
