Staff is helpful without being overbearing. A good place to keep an eye on because they often run amazing deals. It’s a go to store whenever I am at Tanger.
Great customer service and products!
FIRST AND FOREMOST THE SERVICE AND SALES STAFF WERE 5 STAR. HOWEVER, I BOUGHT 4 PAIR OF SHOES, ALL FIT GREAT AND FELT GOOD, AFTER SWITCHING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN SHOES OVER A MONTHS TIME ALL 4 PAIR HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE. THE SOFT SOLES WEAR OUT AND THE SHOE LOOSE INTEGRITY. AT $100 A PAIR YOU WOULD THINK THE SHOES WOULD LAST LONGER . I GUESS THAT WHY ITS AN OUTLET MALL.
So helpful. I'm (mostly) a tennis shoe guy but I wouldn't go anywhere else besides Johnston & Murphy. Staff here makes the shopping experience really exceptional, especially for an outlet. Highly recommend visiting if you're in need of some new dress shoes.
Really nice store. The fellow running the store was so friendly he made the visit seem like I was buying from a cousin. Great selection.
