Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have found the sales to be great and stock is good too. Usually have a good selection in my size. I am anxiously awaiting the store to open, I know I can order online but it's not the same.
I was immediately greeted by April. She asked me if I had any specific foot issues and if I was looking for anything specific. I told her I stand all day and I have high arches. She immediacy told me what shoe would work best for me and I tried them on. They were Fantastic! I bought two pairs! She was (by far) the most knowledgeable person when it comes to shoes and a good fit that I’ve ever spoken with!nI have not stepped foot in this store since Tanger first opened because the customer service USED to be horrible. I was thoroughly impressed and I will definitely return again!
Best service ever. Marley was above and beyond knowledgeable about all of the shoes. She helped my husband and i get just the perfect shoe. She was happy to help and a very good listener to what my needs were. I've recommended her and the store to quite a few people now. Thank you Marley for showing us there are still people who know how to use the best customer service skills.
Some good prices & sales helpful staff.
Went to buy my first pair of athletic shoes since foot surgery. Kelly at the Asics store Tanger outlet was great.Measured my feet,presented me with a few styles and was not pushy.BIG sale was going on so my husband bought a pair also. I will be going back for my shoes in the future.
