We recently purchased a new travel trailer from this fine dealership. Everyone was so helpful from our salesperson to their finance manager, service department, parts department and support staff. The prices in their parts and accessories store are very fair and their store and showroom are immaculate. and very modern. You can't go wrong here with this fine RV dealership!

We found our new T@B CS-S camper in a Google search. The Veurink’s website was easy to navigate and quickly connected us to the friendly and helpful Veurink’s team. The price on the hard to find T@B was right and we received an excellent trade-in value for our T@G XL.nBecause we were able to complete much of the sales process process on line, I was able to pick up our new camper first thing in the morning and make the drive home to Rochester, NY in the same day!nAll in all, a wonderful purchasing experience. We’re very happy with our new camper and Veurink’s RV.

Veurink's RV Center is an absolutely fantastic place to service your RV. Super professional & respectful employees. Fair prices. Excellent results. Instant service. Quick turn around. It's everything you need and want. I had a nightmare experience with another service center about 15 minutes north of this place (R****T***). Since then I have only brought my RV to Veurink's and I am so glad such an awesome place is close enough for me to use! Not only did Veurink's get my RV in great shape and accomplish things the other place simply didn't care about or understand, they continued to happily & remotely support me by phone and email. It's incredible! Beyond that, when you call, someone actually picks up the phone or calls you right back. They give you honest advice. They present you with options and understand sensitive financial decisions. Especially if you are new to RV's, dealing with Veurink's feels like having a coach/mentor. Promise you this is a genuine review.

Where to start!! If you are looking for a place to purchase a travel trailer, look NO FURTHER! Between our sales rep Bill, Store and Delivery Coordinator Darren and finance guru Jordan, this was the BEST place to buy our first camper from. Never once felt pressured or pushed into anything and was given all the details and reassurance needed that I was dealing with the right place and people. Site is clean and people are engaging and friendly. Never felt like I was just another body in their facility but someone there to get the right camper for our family to start those memories. Bill was very patient with us and very helpful in all fronts and Jordan made what is usually the most stressful portion of buying anything that you are financing, a very comfortable process with all the options we had to make the smartest buying decision possible. Veurinks has earned a forever customer! Give them the chance to do the same for you!!

My experience at Veurink’s was great! Kelly my parts specialist was on top of her game and found the part I have been searching for, for awhile. There was a lost tron in the electronic payment so I had a chance to talk with Kelly personally. She was very pleasant and nice to deal with. Veurink’s needs to reward her for the great job she does in representing the company. I hope I deal with Kelly next time I need help.
