Was slow in doing needed work was told 1 hour took 3
I work with a repair facility and we needed to pick up some gaskets for a truck at our facility in Lansing. When I got the order it looked like is wasn't exactly what we needed. Jason worked with me and on the phone with my mechanic and through photos to make sure we had exactly what we needed. He was patient and made sure that we got what we needed to get our customer up and running. Great job!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst service ever and that’s every time I send my trucks to get fixed there. I wish I never bought Volvo's. They tell me it’s gonna take a week to fix something and here I am two weeks later and still not done, all they do is just lie and lie and lie about every single thing. They want tell you when the truck will be done and also their prices are very high but there’s no other Volvo dealer around that can work on these Volvos. I will never own another one again just because of them.
