I dealt with Sam on one of their cars I found on Cargurus. He met with me on a Saturday morning to accommodate my two and a half hour drive to get there. After allowing me to take a thorough test drive and answer all of my questions, we came together on a price. I picked up the car on the following Saturday morning. I love this place. they are truly honest and fair mechanics! they offer great value by refusing to use aftermarket parts they know won't last. I have traveled from Traverse City to use them. The inexpensive rental cars they have are a real life saver. I cant recommend them more strongly!

I took my car here just to see if they could tell me if what I was suspecting was wrong was actually the issue they were busy but said they would get to it in a day or so . I then find out they went in and fixed it with out my consent. Never gave me a price or anything until it was already done. So then I could not get my car out until it was paid for. I will never take my car here again. They cannot be trusted.
