Very friendly service here, Was greeted right away by the Bank Tellers and was assisted within seconds of walking in , Manager is super nice and was really helpful with my visit today!

This place is trash it’s slow I been put on hold 3 different times and was waiting 20 min each then the money on my account says it will be pending on my account but then when the day comes it’s still pending I don’t like this bank

Shockingly, unnecessarily RUDE, condescending teller & manager. Apparently a drivers license is not enough ID to cash a check drawn on PNC bank. Repeatedly stated “I’ve never helped you before” as if memory is a factor in the service you receive. Still scathed by the whole experience. Why would you need to “know” me? That’s what ID is for.

I only come here to take money out of my pay card, but this place has made me consider switching banks. The customer service is great. Excuse me if I get the name wrong, but Braulio, is an amazing worker. I've noticed that anytime I come in he welcomes me and remembers our last chat, and is interested in the things I have to say and keeps a good conversation while helping me get what I need done. I've noticed he's done this with others as well. Props to him! This bank is amazing overall, always a good experience.

Once again no help at all from this PNC went in because my money was gone from my account and didn’t know about a student loan from the state of Michigan I had, asked the lady who was holding the funds and she couldn’t answer me stared blankly back while trying to give me my I.D back no offer to help or tell me what’s going on. Just frowned and said yea “Michigan took your money” and I said what through Michigan? And she just frowned and looked at me. Like hello I asked a question? Mind u I’m a 20 year old girl but EVEN STILL I know that if you don’t know an answer you say “I’m not sure Ms. but let me find that out for you” I’m an assistant manager and if anyone I knew acted so heartless the way this worker did they would be fired. $500 gone from my account. I call the “government” and they say well the bank was supposed to give u a number to call! So called a different PNC and sure enough there was a number on their screen to call to figure all this out. How nice!
