This place has taken out $1500 of our account erroneously, have to wait 2 days for half of it to get put back, the other I have no idea about. Waiting for them to open. The teller swore a second payment would not be taken and yet it was.
Showed up in Drive Thru before closing hours because lobby is closed, waited 40 mins only to be told they closed now and can't help me right on my turn. My apt complex is having web issues and between them and the bank I can't pay my rent on time.nExtremely unimpressed with the customer service.
Left my CU for Huntington about 5 years ago. Best decision I ever made! The level of customer service here is 100x better than any credit union.
friendly, helpful, I like it that the same tellers, and officers stay at this branch.......have been very helpful with all my questions.....
