My husband and I just recently moved to the area and chose Huntington Bank as our new bank. We booked an appointment to set it all up due for some restrictions from Covid, and when we arrived at the bank we felt so welcomed by the staff! Anel helped us and she was so sweet and very informative! I’m happy we chose to go here (:
The only reason this is getting a single star it’s because I was treated poorly by the branch manger. The other staff is amazing never had issues. Refused to help me out with a drive thru withdrawal because it was 3200 dollars. I told him that I have taken out larger amounts thru the drive thru and he refused to do anything but tell me to come inside. Once I walked in I told him he had horrible customer service. He tossed my Debit card and id and said you can go else where I will not help you. I’m entitled to my opinion and he is unprofessional. I live next door I will never use this branch again. And if I didn’t have a business loan I would cancel all my accounts due to this branch manger.

Love the staff both charissa and zeth realy nice and friendly specially with my kids they treat them so nice they behave the best way i have see them in months thanks you guys and leave you without doubts and everything clear!!!!!
