Great people work at this facility. Always feel comfortable and great vibes coming in here. All of the staff is very professional and very kind. The lady at the front desk Is very personable, keep up the good work. The tax professional is amazing at what she does, gets me in and out quick with no issues. Keep up the good work !!

Completely rude customer service, very unprofessional. Called asking about my taxes that they did for me, the “tax professional” kept interrupting me wouldn’t let me talk and then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted any of my own personal information I can pay 25 dollars and that’s the only way they would give it to me. I started to question it and the “tax professional” once again interrupted me mid sentence and said I’m not dealing with this and hung up on me. Never again will I ever use H&R Block for anything and I would not recommend them to anyone
