A driver from my company had a pick up at their facility. They made a hole with forklift on the trailer floor, and denied responsibility saying that trailer couldn't handle the weight of forklift and load. Confirmation had no requirements about the trailer, probably to save money by using regular trailers. They didn't even want to report claim to insurance. Also, they said that this happens all the time. I suggest you do business with someone who takes property damaging seriously.
