Excellent customer service even after hours
Horrible customer service. Left multiple messages to follow up and received no call back. They state you must provide 10 day notice prior to moving your items. Not reasonable. Then when I called and requested a pro-rated refund for the balance of the month after taking into account the 10 days I was told no. Not their policy. I would not recommend using this company for your storage needs! There are plenty of other options!
I love this place! We were in a rush trying to find a storage place with climate control and A&D Mini Storage was the only place with decent prices. The girls in the office are always so nice and helpful. We have been there for about 3 months now and I would definitely recommend this place.
Could use a little better Lawn Care up there and Care around things that are stored outside but otherwise it's a nice place to be
Don't believe the contract you sign, I gave them my 10 day notice of move out but they told me that I would get a pro rated return of my money. The manager then emailed me and told me they would not refund any of my money and that I didn't sign anything saying it. I brought the contract/rules from that I signed to rent the unit showing them the 10 day notice and it says rote in it that the payment would be prorated and they still did nothing. I left my lock on the unit till the last day so they couldn't try to rent it out and make double the money. Don't go here the owner is a crook.
