First their website works, unless you need to schedule an appointment. Their phone system is a never ending loop of automated questions that end up directing you back to the website that didn't work that caused you to call in the first place.nnWhen I finally got a number that appears to go directly to the store, a live person answered the phone, then directed me somewhere else where no one will answer the phone no matter how long you wait.nnI do not recommend this store. Walgreens is across the street and they appreciate their customers. Kroger is less than a block away and they value their customers as well.nnVery disappointing and a direct reflection on managements lack of leadership.

Whoever the technician and Pharmacist is working Friday October 23rd should be fired. Rude, left me on the phone for over 15 minutes, all I had was a simple question about a antibiotic that was filled there a while ago. Most of these pharmacies in shepherdsville suck!! Will travel to the antel drive location in the future.

I've been using this pharmacy since this location opened & they are wonderful. The pharmacy employees go above & beyond to help. My health insurance company has made many mistakes regarding prescriptions, all of which were fixed in a timely manner by cvs pharmacists. I very much recommend this pharmacy.

I went to Walmart and Walgreens before going here to print pictures (Walmart's equipment was shut down due to the virus and Walgreens equipment wouldnt work right) and I was able to print pictures off instantly, the staff were friendly as could be as well! It was my first time going to this store, I will definitely stop in more!
