Spencer was unbelievably accommodating. I needed outside car storage in Wintry Michigan. He got the space plowed and ready for use. Very professional, thorough and service oriented. I would highly recommend Prime Storage in Lansing Michigan. This was a 180 degree positive compared to my CubeSmart experience. Again, kudos to Prime Storage and having Spencer run this location.

Great storage for a fair price. The new management is awesome. They made a new and unknown process to me very simple and easy. I highly recommend this place for storage units over any other and I have done my research. Come check them out. Great location that is secure. You will be happy you did!
This Prime storage location is wonderful. Great location just off the highway, and Spencer is such a nice guy! Would definitely rent storage space from here again
