Steve and Dan are amazing! I worked primarily with Dan. He’s super helpful, kind and accommodating. The facility is secure and clean. I would highly recommend these guys for your storage needs.
This place is always nice and clean the friendly staff. CLEAN RESTROOMS I feel very secure knowing my belongings are in this place.
Good people, and professional
We had all of our belongings at Storage Sense while applying for jobs in a new city. Once we were ready to move, we opened up our storage unit and there was a mouse infestation. The mice were everywhere and we had to throw out many valuable, sentimental, and essential items.nnOn top of that, we had to pay for the unit and are only getting a tiny bit of money back for our insurance claim. It would be great to get all of our money back and then some. This was a whole ordeal for us and made our move that much more expensive and stressful.
Great, facility, great manager at the north lansing location.nStored classic vehicles for the winter over several years. Couldn't ask for better experience. Only leaving because I have a new 3 car garage at home.
