Extremely clean and well looked after, great security, and above all amazing staff. This group seems to actually care about the people they're helping. Not just out to flip units.
I enjoyed the customer service the front desk lady is always nice and very helpful ive used their storage twice and each time was great... she is very helpful and patient and always makes sure you have everything you need..she made my difficult situation a breeze couldnt ask for better assistance i definitely recommend the building is always clean and secure.
The lady who runs the place is very nice, and good at her job.she is also human, meaning that she will work with you as far as negotiating for initial setup of getting a unit, making sure you have the right unit for your needs, and even maybe giving you a deal if you need it. And also she will work with you if you run into a bump in the road along down the line, to a reasonable extent, which is still very rare in this type of business, and quite appreciated by me.
Clean, well-lighted, good security. Looks fairly new & in good shape. Flatbed carts available free of charge.
Don't rent from them. They go up on the rates as often as they like.
