Would give a zero, but can't. I went in there with my family, and we each ordered separately. They complained because we didn't do our orders together. They were training someone on front counter, and the manager was rude to him. When he asked for help the manager was rude to him, and seem like she didn't want to help him. We always get a cup of big Mac sauce with our nuggets, and she made a big deal about it because we were confusing the person doing our order. When it came to our drinks she just threw them on the counter. This is not my only bad experience here with the manager that was working today. If you're having a bad day that is not an excuse to be rude to the co workers, and the customers.
Placed a mobile app order and selected curbside pickup. This takes longer than going through drive thru. You watch 2 or 3 cars that were behind you leave with their orders before you get yours. This happens every time no matter which McDonald's you go to. Its faster too select pickup at drive thru. Food was fresh and hot. Employee asked me to open the bag and make sure the order was mine. (?!?) Hate to have been the person who got it if it wasn't mine (Covid).
Went thru the drive thru and ordered the quarter pounder deluxe and before we left I checked my burger and it wasn't a deluxe so when we went back thru the drive thru they made me cut the box in half and took the burger back then gave me the correct burger
A little slow thru the drive thru but fine other than that.
Always a treat. Very friendly crew and always fresh great food!
