Love eating from this Pizza Restaurant! I been consistently eating from Jet's Pizza since i been living my Adult life. I crave for this type of Pizza.My only minor problem with this location is they won't deliver to my location due to bad history in my neighborhood.Overall Good Restaurant tho!.....

Went in for a carry out order. The guy behind the counter nails were filthy. Not very appealing when you’re picking up food. Also I asked him for condiments. He acted as though he was being bothered. Will never order from here again. if you prefer to not to be courteous to the customers. You’re in the wrong profession

If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. Their service and delivery is so slow and if you call to check on your pizza they are extremely rude. In the last 2 years this place has gone from great service to horrible. It's too bad because they have good food

While the food itself is delicious, the staff leaves something to be desired, and that is part of the experience. I began calling last night around 6:00 pm, couldn't get through, other Jet's stores in the area refused to deliver to me after trying to get through unsuccessfully for an hour. When I was finally able to speak with the shift manager, he apparently didn't know what the mute option is when placing me on hold and was using foul language while speaking to his employee (who sounded stoned). Both this manager, and his employee were unable to pass along simple accurate verbiage that I had stated, and the driver claimed to have attempted to deliver twice and knock on my door. No one ever knocked on my door, I was sitting 30 feet away from it the whole time. So accountability and honesty clearly isn't high on the priority list either. I finally got my order a little after 8:00 pm, and while the food is good, if this is how they're going to operate, I will probably order from a competitor next time. Customer service is an expected part of what is being paid for, and these folks have a lot to learn.

I ordered online tonight. The pizza, bread and dessert were great. The driver handed me the receipt and I said I'm missing a 2L of sierra mist. She said she was new, and said she would come back with the 2L. She never came back. I tried calling the number to the Cedar street store but just received a message from Verizon stating they were busy and to try again later. I know it's 3 dollars but it's really annoying to not get what you ordered. Not sure I will order here again despite the quality of pizza.
