They would not deliever to my location i just wanted to try their pizza im from the west and have never been not able to order what i wanted.. my order was about 70dollars
I wish I could give them less than one star. Absolutely disgusting, burnt, and charged double. When speaking to a manager both were extremely rude and did nothing to solve the issue. Even tried to contact corporate to get my money back. Unfortunately it’s probably my loss, But I’ll never be back. First and last time.
Yet again canceled order. They always have online ordering turned off then I get an order in and they call and say we can't deliver it. It's impossible to get food from this place.
Everytime we have ordered from this location, we have either received the wrong pizza or a cold one. I ordered curbside service this time and when arrived, called multiple times without an answer. I had to take my two small children into the store where three employees were talking to one another. Finally, someone helped me and brought it out. It was cold when we got home. If there were 0 stars, that would be my rating. So disappointed- always loved jets pizza but will NEVER order from this location again.
We have enjoyed Jetz pizza for a while now. HOWEVER, last night we ordered online and paid for delivery and they never showed.nWe tried calling and no one answered. So we got online and now all of a sudden the Jetz in the surrounding area are “temporarily closed.” That’s unfortunate because I’m sure it’s due to the impact that Covid has had on the business, but we would like our money back. We’ve been regular customers and to go out like this is not okay. Jetz stole our money and then closed down. Please return our money.
