Domino's Pizza

We ordered over an hour and a half ago. Delivery was fairly quick however we immediately realized the sauce we ordered for the boneless wings was not delivered. We immediately called and was told they would send the sauce. Another 30 minutes went by so we called again. Again told the sauces would be delivered and it has been another 30 minutes without sauce. The woman on the phone didn’t seem to care, offered no solutions other than we are busy! At this point we paid for something we can’t even eat! We will not be doing business with Dominos again!

This location on Cedar & Northrup is the best location I have found in Lansing. They are fast and very friendly. I have not had 1 complaint with them. I may have received the wrong food at one point but mistakes happen. They have never overcooked my food unlike the one on Waverly. They are always fast, they come within 20-30 minutes. Whereas Waverly will take 1-2 hours. Their food is always hot and fresh. I won't order from any other pizza place besides dominos. They are the best and my favorite. Definitely deserves more than a 5⭐.

I tried another small chain pizza joint last night and I’m coming back to you guys. Your pizza is the best and the app is very well designed. I’ll never stray away again I promise!

I tried the small cheeseburger pizza for the 1st time & ordered 6 crispy chicken wings and garlic bread....had it delivered. Pizza was hot but we did not like the taste. No one wanted to eat any of it.nPer the domino guarantee on the side of the box [ If you're not completely satisfied with your Domino experience, we will make it right.] I called the Cedar street Domino's.nI explained the problem to the domino employee who seemed unaware of their guarantee...she placed me on hold and a man picked up my call.nAfter explaining the problem again the man asked what I needed. I explained I was not satisfied with my order. I wished for another pizza be made and delivered per the guarantee..he seemed annoyed and asked how much pizza was leftover...I told him 3/4..he said normally the guarantee applies to a full pizza not one with missing slices.nI then asked for a manager...I WAS speaking to the manager!nI told him we had to taste it to see if we liked it. He asked me if I order the pizza to sample it!nI told him I was ordering dinner but did not like the taste.nHe then asked for any remaining pizza back and took my new pizza order.nPizza will be delivered in 20 to 30 min I was told...in 5 min I got a call saying the driver was leaving the store with my pizza...never got a call the 1st time I ordered...any way I finally got food i could eat.nMaybe they need to reword the guarantee!

Horrible burnt pizza... As the pizza was cooling down the pizza got harder I couldn't eat it they tried covering the crust with huge amounts of garlic butter and seasoning. The only reason why I choose 1 star is that I could post here
