All employees were using correct ppe and precautions. The food was nice an hot. Got through the drive-thru quickly with no issues.

Won’t ever go to the Portland McDonald’s again. Every time I order from there they always mess up my sandwich. Even if they have it right on the drive through screen. Apparently reading isn’t a strong skill of the people working there.

Ordered with the app and didn't receive the entire order even after waiting 10 minutes (double the amount of time the app says it will take), had to call back and wait on hold then go back and wait another 10 minutes. Finally got home with the complete order only to discover that the quarter pounder deluxe that was ordered and labeled as such was in fact a chicken sandwich. The best part was the chicken sandwich had the toppings for the quarter pounder deluxe showing that the person that put it together apparently was unable to tell the difference between a hamburger and a piece of breaded chicken. Not sure what changed with this location but apparently they no longer pay attention to their orders nor is customer service any longer a priority.

Went there yesterday to try new Crispy. Juicy Chicken sandwich, after seeing it advertised on TV, for awhile now, what a disappointment! It was dried out, over cooked, was not good at all! I also did not get right change back.nI went inside to order, which was maybe a mistake, everyone seemed more interested in drive-thru customers, would not recommend this sandwich or this McDonald's to anyone, what a shame. Use to be one of the best!
