I've been going to K.P. for haircuts since the Red House on Saginaw over 25 years ago. I love going to K.P. and Brian they're two of the best barbers in Lansing.

I don't leave reviews, it's not really my thing. But I received such garbage service from Fred at Big B'z I felt compelled to let everyone know that if you're thinking about going there, DON'T!!nThe man insulted me & joked about my hair while asking what style I wanted. I was humiliated by him in front of a shop full of people!nThis is not a professional demeanor for an individual working with people.nI will NEVER go back to this barbershop ever again as long as Fred works there. I'm shocked that by the way he treats patrons that the owner has not fired him!
