Brooks Mobile & RV Park

First we called and the lady was very sweet. When we got here she went above and beyond. She showed us our site ( by walking to it) felt bad for that, and Helped us back into our spot. Very friendly!! The place is very full but yet roomy. Dollar General and truck stop right up the road and also a Cracker Barrel very convenient! Not too far of a drive to downtown. Then only down side is it is right next to a railroad track and a few trains did come by blowing the horn in the early morning. But That’s a small con! The place was what we needed good price and late checkout!

Very friendly people at this park. Guy helped me unhooked and got me blocks and helped set up. Definitely will stay there in the future.

I like how the owner says I never called or visited the park, when I did both almost 5 years ago to ask questions for a friend inquiring about it. We went to the office and spoke with a rude, trashy looking woman who appeared as if she hadn't bathed in at least a week. So, if she's the previous employee that is being referred to, I can assure you, we most certainly are not friends and the main reason for my review. The over all disrepair and cleanliness of the park was the other.

Wanted to get info about renting a spot there. Never got a call or email back. Rode through park. Didn't see 10 acres as advertised. Saw about 4. The creekside spots are quite that. There's a creek running through the property alright. Looks more like a ditch. Beware if it rains much. The campers are jammed in there. You can forget about any grass area to sit outside. Beware!! Go look before renting.

I recently moved to Louisville KY from Seattle WA. When I started my journey I called several RV parks. Most did not answer or return my call. Some had terrible reviews and people that acted like they did not care if I stayed or not. When I called Annie at Brooks, I was blown away. Since it was 4 months prior to my move she did not remember talking to me. That told me she was genuine about caring for the park. I moved in November and was blown away at the staff. Joe is awesome! Has helped me move and always smiles. Glen always waves to my wife and I as we come and go, he even loaned me tools! Annie told me when I got here they were cleaning up, THEY have! We have decided to stay here instead of a home purchase because the neighbors have become friends. Tracy and I love it here! Thank you Brooks RV Park and STAFF for making this a home!
