I'm a huge coffee drinker and I'm also a big fan of Starbuck's! However some of the employees that work there can be rude at times. I have had to take my coffee back inside after waiting in the drive through several times. Also the drive through stays crowded and going inside isn't much better! I really wish we could get a Dunkin Donuts here in Shepherdsville that way I would have more choices of places to get coffee!
The drinks are always amazing but the customer service is not good we have only had this issue with one guy the rest of the staff seems to be nice & helpful. We have gone to this Starbucks a lot and we always seem to get the same guy he’s always very rude to me and my sister and he always makes a rude comment when he hands us our drinks. he always wears a beanie.
