I went to this location for lunch at in the a.m. hours. I placed my order and pulled forward. There was 2 cars in front of me. It took 17 minutes for the first car to be served!! The second car in front of me pulled up to the serving window. I waited 3 more minutes for them to be served, but no one ever came to the window. At this point, I had just enough time to make the drive back to work and I had to leave. Sad...Very sad!!!!! I have to give at least 1 star, but I don’t think that they deserve it!
Best McDonald's I've been to, work around the area and come here often for a quick bite. Their online spots are easy to get to. They've never gotten my order wrong, and my food is always hot.Never had a thing of old fries from them either. They're definitely my #1 go to, in kentucky
During this time it was in & out and quick timing and order actually correct as well. Lady didnt suggest the items nor upsell but it was good enough Kids Meal for my son so I'm good.
Rude customer service. Refusing serving sausage burritos close to 11 am aferre waiting more than 20 minutes in line. Check your order before you leave. I bought 8 sausage burritos, got only 7 but I was already home for NTI classes! Check your order all the time before you leave!
