Tech was extremely professional. Addressed all my concerns. Wore a mask without being asked to do so, and placed boot covers on whenever entering my home. I’d be happy to have him again.
I pretty much had my entire HVAC system updated and the entire crew was amazing. They walked me through what was going to be done, where they would put the vents (my old system vented through my chimney), what would work, what wouldn't and why. They pulled me in from time to time to ask questions and were so great with my pup while he tried to greet everyone. They were on time, and got everything done and cleaned up. The initial inspection was great as well, he had explained everything, gave me all of my options, and walked me through the financing aspect as well. Great experience!
Eric from Hager Fox installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Eric wore a face mask, shoe covers and layed down tarps to protect my carpeting. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. Our new two stage Lennox furnace is so quiet. I took the time to get four different quotes. Hager Fox was the most cost effective. I am happy with their customer service.
Install went very well. All of the workers were friendly and knowledgeable. It was an enjoyable experience and a no stress install. I would highly recommend this company. They did a very professional job and left everything neat and clean.
