I have used his knowledge for over 30yrs. Went this morning to look for bathroom exhaust fan and found out they no longer manufacture it. Gary stocks a replacement fan you can easily install on your old unit.

Gary was extremely helpful!! Not only did he answer the phone, he is a very busy person. his ability to quickly identify the part I needed for a discontinued exhaust fan he provided the replacement part explained how to remove the existing fan motor all in a very easy short conversation. His recall from all his vast experience (over 40+ yrs.) is invaluable!! Thank you Gary I was able to replace two bathroom exhaust fan motors in less than two hours and have them back in operational condition!!! Can't find that kind of assistance any more, everyone just wants to replace everything that costs much more !
