I had a great experience with Bob at Trevor Merren auto in Ionia while buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Bob was honest and not pushy and truly seemed to have my best interest throughout the entire process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a car.

The sales representative and person in Finance were both nice, but I was not happy about the overall pressure to purchase the vehicle before the end of the month, despite issues with my schedule, because they wanted to get the sale on their books (this was admitted to- the sales rep even recommended I have someone else pick my son up from daycare so I could make it to the dealership to sign paperwork on the last day of the month). They did work on the vehicle prior to purchase, including replacing the brakes. This was appreciated, however less than two weeks later I had to take the vehicle in to a service center for a $1,400 repair because the front defroster (windshield) was not working. I was told this would not be covered under their 30-day warranty, which I guess only covers engine issues. This was not an issue I thought to check during the buying process, so my advice is before you buy, check literally everything. Since I purchased the vehicle at the beginning of October, this is a function of the car that wasn't needed until that point, so obviously it wasn't something that just broke or became worn out after purchasing the vehicle. Consequently this led to a safety issue, and expensive repair.

The best place I ever bought a vehicle from. Everyone was super friendly with outstanding personalities. They took very good care of us. No pushing us in any decision making or pressuring us to buy a vehicle from them. Their only goal was fulfilling what ever our needs were and to ensure we were happy... Austin was externally helpful,funny and caring.. Thank all of you
