On August the 27 @ around 230pm I bring my prescription in the male pharmacy tech said they were out tell Monday, I asked if he would call another location and verify they could fill my script before driving over he came back after about 15seconds saying the won't give him the info over the phone, once I asked him not to insult my intelligence, your the pharmacy tech asking another CVS tech if the can feel my prescription, he go say yeah try Walgreen's, I didnt ask him about Walgreen's, sorry excuse for worker, I call Holt CVS they could fill script I was so upset I went to Central Pharmacy they filled my script with know problem, called customer care she said it a lot going on with opiates like that's a explanation for his horrible service as a CVS tech, I had a legal script and I'd with insurance so I'm not trying to here that, I been in the local area for 16years and half all types of script filled at cvs but moving forward I'll go to Walgreen's like he instructed me, Central pharmacy treated me with respect , regardless of the stigma that comes with my script signed KB for my very I'll mom

Pharmacy rarely filled my scripts correctly, usually short on all meds each month. Customer service is poor on the phone and in person. This has been the second CVS in the Lansing area that I've left because of poor customer service.
