This was my second time being fitted for a bra here. I was just as happy with my experience this time as the last time. Lauren, the owner is both friendly, and fantastic at fittings.nnFittings are currently available by appointment only, but it was very easy to get an appointment. Instead of being in a single fitting room with a fitter, there is now a double sized fitting room with a table in between. You’ll apply the measuring tape with their direction/supervision. Once your size is assessed they pull bras from their inventory and bring them for you to try on.nnThey leave while you put on each bra, and renter to visually assess your fit as well as ask questions. They then bring you different styles/sizes to try based on how the others work out. for you based on how those work out, and can help you adjust straps as needed.nnAlthough the fitting process is slightly different, I was still able to get a very accurate fitting. I also appreciated the cautionary measures.nnThey can also order specific colors and sizes for you if they aren’t currently in stock.

Always great customer service and quality products, even during a pandemic. Amazed how quickly owner Lauren and crew transitioned by adding an on-line store. Prices are comparable to other high end stores. A win/win keeping economy local and supporting a phenomenal small business.

The staff is extremely helpful and are dedicated to helping you find the perfect fit. For ladies who haven't had a fitting in awhile, you can make an appointment (often the same day) where they will practice social distancing and give you 1 on 1 attention. I liked that i could literally see them sanitizing changing rooms. They have excellent variety for if you're nice (or maybe a little naughty), and since their items are of a much better quality than Walmart or Meijer, the cost is reasonable.
