My entire experience went very fast and everything went well. Jerome Edwards was very patient and knowledgeable. Tony was a magician with the numbers and everything worked out smoothly. If your are looking for a no nonsense, straight forward, best deal in the area, I strongly recommend to get a quote from Lexus of Lansing. After going through couple of dealers, I have called Lexus of Lansing to provide me a quote on 2021 Lexus RX 350L.nMisty Gautz (General Sales Manager) straight off the bat gave me the best quote on both new RX and for my vehicle trade-in.nI do not live @ Lansing. I drove 70 miles to the showroom, and finalized the deal on the same day.nNick was helpful and made sure the delivery experience as smooth as possible.nnOverall I'm happy with the dealer experience.
