I havent had an issue with them. Because of covid they have been super helpful and their customer service is pretty good.
this woman calls me each day and asks for david. i say no david lives here, she rudely hangs up on me, today i called her back yet again and she acts stupid when confront her about calling me each dsy. unreal rude
as for first american auto leasing their employees like to listen in on private conversations and they are rude they rather have the easy way out then actually deal with the situation.If you cant listen to your customers and be caring of the issues addressed then you shouldnt work there.I feel bad for any and all customers that came and asked for help to get a vehicle.To bad i have to at least give one star.Worst customer service ever never returning and never recommending!
Really bad service! I would not recommend them to anyone.
-5 stars.Took 2 car payments out of my account in the same week. One payment was taken out of my account right after I had sent an email stating that I paid my car payment, and they didnt believe me, so I had to show proof. I was told it was all taken care of. Nope it wasnt. They took a second payment out, then they wanted me to use my gas money to drive to Lansing to get a check because they couldnt put the money back into my account. In the mean time my account has been overdrawn charging me $42.00 every item being withdrawn because i had insufficient funds. They promised to send a paper check via overnight. Well guess what that didnt happen either. Now i owe my bank 100s of dollars i dont have. This place us a joke.
