If I could give negative stars I would have. I had traded in my perfectly running car for a ford fusion from them and they told me I have a month so if anything goes wrong it's under warranty for the first month. My engine blew up in the first 4 days of having the car, we have 4 children mind you and both my significant other and I work. The people who work and run this place are rude and disrespectful and now I have to pay for this POS car and a motor that they took out of my old car that doesn't even fit in the new one. Absolutely trash. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RPM

We purchased car October 29. We never received the plates. Found out that they FORGOT to apply for them. Now the temp plate is expired. They say they cannot issue a new temp. The car now has to be parked until the new plate arrives. Height of ignorance. RPM living up to their reputation. Karen Malewitz

Put $1500 down had the car 2 weeks and it overheated. The service center told me it would not be under warranty so I put another $310 into it to fix the overheating...when I got my car back the next day the electrical went haywire so I took it up to them to have it looked at is already been without a vehicle for over a week at this point. Called 2 days later asked if they'd looked at it they said no they hadn't had a chance. I asked if it would be covered if it was electrical the service man then stated no. I went up to retrieve the car to have it looked at down here. I live over 40 miles away before I got back to Jackson it overheated majorly. I had it towed back to the shop that had repaired the housing for my thermostat. The car DID NOT OVERHEAT from the time the housing was repaired to the time I went and retrieved it. The mechanic toldv me there appeared to be some kind of sludge in the radiator which had caused it to overheat. The head gasket was bad. I told to let me call RPM to see what they would do. The manager told me it was NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY and hung up. Mind you the shop had flushed the radiator when they had done the repair. I had the shop go ahead with repairs and put a complaint in to the state. The manager told the rep from the state I had declined having it fixed by them under warranty. I guess everyone has $1600 laying around to decline getting it fixed for half that. It is what it is. It's STILL having electrical issues. I will never return nor will I tell anyone to buy from them.
