Didn’t understand why they wanted me to fill out a finance application first before test driving their car. You don’t see the bigger dealership asking their customers to fill one out first. Plus why have a “ face mask required upon entry” sign, if you as an employer/employee don’t even have one? I didn’t feel welcome there so definitely not going back.

Wow we just left this place and I see why they have such a bad rep! They didnt want to do business with us because we took the car to get looked at. There was something wrong with both cars we looked at. 2012 Equinox and 2010 Buick Enclave. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Very poor customer service! I recently made a phone call expressing interest in 3 of the vehicles and explained I wanted to make an appointment to come see them in person. I shared I was coming from over an hour away and would like to check out each and possibly test drive them. The man I talked with told me that I should fill out a finance application first to see if I qualified saying quote ¨we don´t want to put any unnecessary wear and tear on our vehicles if you´re not serious about buying them¨. Of course I´m serious about buying them if I´m driving over an hour to come see your vehicles and you won´t even let me test drive them without filling out a finance application first. I decicded not to waste my time buying a car from them and I suggest you do the same.nnPobre servicio de clientes! No dejan que pruebas y conduces los vehículos sin chequear tus financias antes. Como piensan venderte un vehículo si no puedes probarlo antes? Y de mi experiencia no debes tener que hacer una aplicación financia para poder probar un carro. No les recomendo por nada!

I wanted to write this review and say to anyone out there that is looking at a used vehicle that this place is where you should buy your car, truck, suv . I had a very good experience with the people there and I wanted to shout about on person there, If you want get the straight forward advice and he would work at the best interest of your needs I would ask for Ali because he worked extremely hard for me on a SUV I was looking for and he would be engaging and ask questions and work to get the financing I needed. Now the caveat to this is I wasn't able to get a vehicle from them because of my situation but I have had a wonderful experience with Ali and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone. Thank for working hard from me Ali and I look forward to during business with you someday in the future.nJustin

OK auto mart is the place to go for a quality, low mileage, used ride. Ryan was the salesperson who assisted me, he was very friendly & helpful. The team at OK auto mart made sure I got in a reliable, affordable car with a 90 day warranty. They made sure to take care of all the paperwork for me & did it fast! I needed a car quick & was able to drive away with one in two days. I highly recommend them!! Good people and great service.
