Hard workers. Great bank.
I used to love this bank, but head quarters of the bank has made changes that i just do not care for.... way too money hungry. Staff is great though. Just do not care for PNC ITSELF.
Horrible service!!
I prefer this branch over my local one. My local branch is always refusing to help me with my needs so I gladly drive the 20 minute drive to this one where I know I’ll receive the best help!
Tellers and management employees have always been friendly, courteous, and professional to me and all the members of my family. Every time I've come in (since this branch opened in Shepherdsville) I've never once seen anyone in the bank act unprofessionally. I don't understand why some people are giving negative reviews about that aspect of service at this branch.
