I have never been so impressed with the staff her they were great! I have been to many car dealerships in the last week trying to find a vehicle that is great for me. The staff at this dealership were patient and were to make sure that I found the vehicle that fit all my needs no pressure what so ever. They had a few different finance options that they could have put me through. They insisted I tried through my personal banking for financing. I was sent to my credit union with a purchase agreement and then was approved right away for a car loan! Empire Motors was not all about the money they wanted to help me in every way possible! I just want to say thank you so much to everyone! You will forever be my dealership!

From the first call inquiring about the truck to the last call saying they mailed our plate we are 100% satisfied with Empire Motors! We’re close to 1 1/2hrs away from Lansing & the whole time we were there closing the deal they made us feel completely comfortable. We love our new GMC Sierra and everyone at Empire Motors Lansing.
