3 times this ATM has kept my money without crediting it, and keeping my debit card. So they can keep my money and have to “dispute” it. I obviously need the money I am depositing into my account available as soon as I deposit, that’s why I use a bank service, but they tell me they can’t do anything for 2 business days. So now I won’t get my “credit” until Monday, ($500 is what I deposited) when I needed that 500 for a bill on auto pay coming out the next morning. This has happened to me 3 times!!! This time just caused me to lapse my Insurance. I don’t know of any other bank this happens to, at least not this often for THE SAME person 3 times within a year. Thanks a lot Fifth Third for screwing me again.

Jordan has been more than helpful anytime I call! All the ladies working CSR always greet me with a smile and has been that way for over 10 years. Nice to have a place that still treats you like family. Even at the drive through you can hear the kindness in there voice.

The guy that works there in the afternoons is so rude. After asking a simple question which was half way answered, I asked another question and was told, “well I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Maybe your JOB?
