I love coming here! Customer service its always great and fast! Special thanks to Savannah for providing great customer service at all times!
I’m not happy with the manager here. I ordered 3 drinks. (Mine and 2 coworkers) Ended up having a wrong drink. Charged more for that drink. I was told I could return for replacement the next day. She wouldn’t even give me a freaking iced coffee for my inconvenience. Plus no apologies!!nI’m going to stick to the Lake Lansing Starbucks.
I'm usually very pleased with Starbicks. Consistent quality and pleasant staff. So I was quite disappointed by the rude answer I got at the window today. Asking for a clarification about a drink should not get a sparky answer.
