Normally I enjoy my experience at this McDonald’s but last night when I went, I was in an Uber that politely offered to stop quickly to let us grab a bite to eat. I was at McDonald’s for a total of 30 min with 20 of those just waiting for my food. I felt so bad I had to tip my Uber driver 50% as he was doing his best to be patient but could have been picking up other rides. To top it all off, when we got back there was items missing from our order. I am very displeased with my experience and will not be coming back anytime soon

I went to this location, ordered inside. The worker handed someone else my food. The people looked inside the bag and talked over the food once they realized it was not their bag. The worker had the nerve to take the bag from them, and hand it to me..No ma'am!! I asked them to remake my food,. The manager just swapped out the napkins and fries...had the nerve to tell me a napkin was over the sandwich. Unbelievable! I wanted my ENTIRE ordere remade. These people touched and talked over my food! I asked for a refund! Nasty place! Makes me wonder how they handle other people's food. Wont be back!

This place needs some renovations in their staff or maybe just some retraining for the basics of how to put a sandwich together. My family stopped there tonight 3-22-2021 and had a nice size order. You can expect mess ups as it is McDonald’s but to make a whole double filet of fish and not put the bun on there and get more cheese on the box than the actual sandwich is a bit ridiculous . Pics will be sent to corporate.
