The best location in Lansing! I am very picky and have a somewhat complicated coffee order, and they have not done me wrong anytime I have been here. Love this location!
Worse experience ever at this big b here in lansing this guy got our order wrong five different times it was the worse experience of my life with big b I ended up leaving throwing my sandwich out the window I pulled up called inside the manager came out explained they have been having nothing but trouble with this man and they have been trying to let him go but for some reason they won't allow them to so at the end of everything we got the right sandwiches a $15 gift card and two free drinks next time I go in which is every single day
Don't give someone dairy if they ask for almond milk.
Terrible service it's independently owned and the people there are not professional you cannot use any of your coupons linked with all the other companies they don't make very good coffee my coffee was cold and they were not very helpful
