I usually love this place. Staff are great but Matt set the mood that day..there was a tension with him there. I was there and he was rude to me. Didn't acknowledge me. Service is important if you want customers to keep coming back.
The coffee could be better. The Danish was good.
I like all of my drinks from the Starbucks, but I just wanted mention too that I don't like the charge of no ice.
This is that my work location so it was very convenient
just a bad experience being in a hospital and all. not the cashier's fault at all.
