Enjoyed the shake I got along with the strawberry tea. Olivia was working and helped me to make my selection as it was my first time visiting. You will love this place!
SOUL NUTRITION IS A SAVING GRACE. not only are the shakes & teas AMAZING. but the people here are something you don’t find everywhere. they’re welcoming, warm and truly care about every person who walks through the door. i love making my way to downtown Lansing just to stop in.

Be careful. This in an Herbalife business (MLM). They have you fill out your personal information on a sheet (to buy a smoothie?!?) and use it to recruit more people to their downline. You are not just buying a smoothie + tea, but a one day membership to their Herbalife club. Each employee is an independent Herbalife consultant.nBUT I do like protein shakes and they tasted fine, so if you're still cool with the above, I would recommend. They have a pretty space and everyone working was super nice and welcoming.
ABSOLUTELY amazing healthy and delicious shakes and tea. Not only that the staff is super awesome as well. Yes they use Herbalife but was never pushed or asked to buy anything other than my shake.
