Tried to get a new debit card and was told I have to sit and wait. Considering tellers at any other branch can handle this, I'm not sure why this one would put it off for someone else. Couldn't even tell me how long I would have to wait.

ATM EATS CARDS, BANK REFUSES TO GIVE IT BACK OR HELP.nWe just moved here from nevada. I have a debit card from out of town. When i went to their atm it said it couldnt serve my card, and then the machine refused to give my card back. I know the card is good and how much money it had in it. We need that money. When i contacted the people inside theu said thir atms are serviced by a different company. I pleaded with them to call yhe company to come open the machine and give me my card back. They refused to do so and said i would have to report my card lost and order a new one.nI explained that i cant access my money without the card and that i now had no mkney for food or gas. They didnt care. HE SIAD THEY DONT KNOW THE REASON A CARD IS CAPTURED, SO THEY DONT RETURN THEM.nTurns out the reason the machine ate my card was because the machine broke .they still refused to help me.nAlso a teller yelled at me.nThis bank cares nothing for its customers. And the manager told me I shouldnt use their machine if its not my bank

My husband went in to get a title transfer notorized, as we ARE members of PNC and have been for 10+ years. However, because the other party was not, they would not help us out. This wasn't the major problem though the employee was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills!!

Went in there to open a checking account for my son. Was told it would be a 30 to 45 minutes wait or I can make appointment. So I made appointment for an hour later. Went back 15 minutes before my appointment, after waiting another 30 minutes the guy comes and tells me it's going to be another 30 to 45 minutes because another customer was waiting before us. So what was the purpose of making appointment. I've banked with PNC for years and I will be closing my account. Very unprofessional.
