I wanted to say Huge Thank you to Ken Jimkoski at Ordus Ford. He helped us with our first new vehicle purchase. He was extremely understanding and patient. He checked on any recalls and answered all of our questions. He stayed with us even after closing hours to make sure we felt comfortable. Thank you so much for being part of our community, Ken! Thank you Brad for selling me my vehicle - very quick and professionalnnService Department: disappointing. My vehicle had noticeable symptoms and they took it for a drive to figure it out. However they could not figure it out. They then took it for a second drive. Still nothing. I was charged twice for them to drive it around and test it. I did not even ask them to test it the second time. Either way, paid the bill, drove it to Muffler Man and they figured it out right away. (and the symptoms were noticeable during that two block drive)

Brad made our car buying experience awesome. He was knowledgeable about the cars we test drove, and had answers for all our questions. Would suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford product. Especially the next day when we drove over something and ended up with a flat tire. Once again, one phone call to Brad and he had everything taken care of for us!
